
Sad...the word of the day. How life can hurt us in oh so many ways. How do we deal with that pain inside? Do you get angry, pitiful or swallow your pride. Who's to say there's no ten time rule that says we are to feel this emotion ten times in one year to be granted another year of life. There is no rule book to life and no wishes to be granted to lift this emotion of sadness. The best way to get a grip is to find something to make that dull deep feeling bright again. Nah, that doesn't work either, just feel it for as long as it takes...it's like a cold or flu extension. But it to will end just like our breath one day. Live and live well. Good night! I'm sad and I'm going to bed, and no I'm not going to tell you why.
